Eden Care Communities Foundation
In 2018, the Eden Care Communities Foundation became operational with two objectives: increase community awareness of Eden Care Communities; and, raise money to support the programs and services of Eden Care Communities.
It is because of financial support from individuals, foundations, corporations and other organizations that amazing things happen.
When you donate, you become part of a team that makes it possible for every person who comes to Eden Care Communities for care and support to receive all they need to have a life worth living.
When you donate, you help put in place networks of support for family members, caregivers and friends of those who live at Eden Care Communities.

GRATEFUL FAMILY PROGRAM
It is our privilege to provide care and support to some of the most valuable and vulnerable people in our communities – your loved one.
Showing your gratitude for the care and support provided to your loved one is a meaningful and generous action. Many times, people will send a card or flowers to say thank you. When our Care Partners hear about your gratitude, it reinforces the work they do each and every day.
Another way to show your gratitude is by making a donation. When you make a donation, it enables Elders, Residents and children to benefit. Your donation makes it possible to continue and expand activities like supporting pets who live in the homes, Simple Pleasures, recreation, music enrichment or art. These activities help combat loneliness, helplessness and boredom, which is vital to help your loved one have a life worth living.
Your donation helps with new equipment purchases and creating innovative programs and supports that improve quality of life.
You can show your gratitude many ways. You can make a one-time donation.
You can become a monthly donor.
You can make a gift of securities.
If you have been moved and are deeply appreciative for the care and support your loved one has received at Eden Care Communities, you may wish to consider leaving a gift in your will.

Consider Leaving A Gift In Your Will
Eden Care Communities was founded by community-minded individuals who created a vision for what could be. They looked into the future and created the space for people to age in place and be supported with dignity, compassion and kindness.
Their vision has become real. Today, people embrace Eden Care Communities as a shining beacon of care and support that meets Elders, Residents and children where they are on the journey of life. Eden Care Communities supports individuals in a way that embraces dignity, choice and autonomy.
Choosing to leave a gift in your will is a meaningful way to show your appreciation for the care and support your loved one has received. It is a powerful way for you to make a difference in the world beyond your lifetime.
Speak to your lawyer about how to incorporate a gift in your will. It could be one of the most important gifts you ever make.
